• Everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional. I made an appointment with Dr Russell for a second opinion for my prism prescription & WOW! So glad I did! Thank you Julie for suggesting him. It’s been a while since I could do close up work this comfortably. The new prescription has already made a huge difference. I would also like to thank Emily and Muhammad for all their help and their sense of humor. It makes all the difference in the world when staff show sensitivity, humor, professionalism and caring. • Always a great experience in the past 5 years that we have been going. We get a professional, comprehensive eye exam there yearly and buy our RX glasses there. ALWAYS a good experience with all staff. They do lots of in-house services in their on-premise lab.

• First time at Hindsight. Julia assisted me with prices and specifications. My eye exam with Dr. Russell was stellar. He explained all procedures clearly and without rushing. Mohammed took additional measurements. This store even used my own frames. When I went back to pickup my new glasses,the new lenses and their measurements put a big smile on my face! What a big difference from my 2 year old glasses. Everything is sharp and clear. I can even hear better (lol). Don’t hesitate. Now I see why this eyeglass center is so highly rated. Go for it. • The doctor at this location is outstanding. He definitely explains things and does a thorough exam. I was very impressed. The reason for the one star are the glasses. I paid for the progressive lens, the best ones they had. I don’t know if it’s because the measurements that they took were wrong (pd). The height of the reading measurement was wrong, or they were simply made incorrectly, But I can’t wear them. when I walk the ground is way higher than it should be…

• Beautiful glasses to choose from. I asked for help finding something in the style I like, and I went with the frames they recommended for me. They really got my style and picked a flattering size and shape for my face. They also had the glasses done so fast! My son’s school referred us to them for my son an eye exam (paid for by a sponsor) we were expecting for the exam to be covered , but did not think the glasses would be paid for as well. As we were going over the cost of the glasses , a gentleman ( possibly the owner or manager ) came over and said that it was all going to be taken care of at no cost to us at all. • This is the best office ever! I have been taking my son here through his teen years. They have always been so efficient and accommodating. Trust me my son has gone through a lot of glasses with losing them,, breaking them, and the dog chewing them! He has gone for visits with me driving the car, taking his bike, and finally going to his appointments alone driving his own car.

• Bought my glasses here a few months ago and have had them adjusted three times and still not right. Online, Hindsight had good reviews and I was able to schedule our appointments online. The staff was friendly and professional and the eye doctor performed a thorough exam. He also explained things in an understandable way. Pricing was reasonable. Overall, this was an excellent vision exam experience. Definitely somewhere that I would return in the future if we were in the area.
